Founded and run by Alex Macias, Miami Bowls is proof that dreams backed by hustle can become something bigger than you ever imagined. Alex once had his heart set on graduating from the University of Miami, his dream school, but when someone tried to take the Miami Bowls name, it sparked a fire. At 21, Alex made the bold decision to drop out of University of Miami and go all in on building the real Miami Bowls.
In less than six months, our first location near Lincoln Road in Miami Beach has already earned over 1,000 five-star Google reviews, showing what happens when you never cut corners.
Located just a five minute walk from the beach, Miami Bowls is the perfect stop before or after the sand. This is only the beginning, Alex’s goal is to see a Miami Bowls in every city across Florida, bringing authentic, handcrafted açaí to communities all over the state.
Our açaí isn’t soft-serve or pre-made, it’s Grade-A organic açaí imported directly from Brazil, then blended fresh with frozen fruit and either juice or non-dairy milk. There's no ice, no fillers, and no shortcuts. Every bowl is handcrafted on the spot and topped with fresh fruit (that’s hand-picked daily) and the finest ingredients we can source.
